11 August : Sensex Up by 43 Points end at 11,192, Nifty Up by 14 Points end at 3,274. Major gainers on the indices were Reliance, Hero Honda, NTPC, Infosys and Siemens. Wipro ICICI Bank, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries and Nalco were down. Stocks of Auto, technology, capital goods, pharma and metal were also up.
